Il est bas\u00e9 sur les principes de l&rsquo;\u00e9nerg\u00e9tique chinoise, sur l&rsquo;harmonisation du corps, du souffle et de l&rsquo;esprit. Les pratiques sont vari\u00e9es : mouvements, postures, m\u00e9ditations, automassages, sons, visualisations, en position debout, assise ou couch\u00e9e. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Fruit d&rsquo;une adaptation constante \u00e0 la vie contemporaine, le Qi Gong est l&rsquo;objet de nombreuses recherches scientifiques et reconnu par les organismes publics de sant\u00e9. En France, selon l&rsquo;Acad\u00e9mie de M\u00e9decine, le Taichi et le Qi Gong sont reconnues comme des \u00ab\u00a0<em>approches th\u00e9rapeutiques compl\u00e9mentaires<\/em>\u00ab\u00a0.
